Refund policy

📦 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested by contacting us at ronishkhan.rk@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital products, marketing services, or downloadable content (as these are delivered instantly and are non-tangible)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order after the return is approved.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Please note: This right does not apply to digital services or products that have already been delivered or accessed with your consent before the 14-day period ends.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at ronishkhan.rk@gmail.com


🛡️ Service Disputes & Chargebacks

For services (such as digital marketing or advertising):

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the scope, timeline, and delivery method of the service

  • We provide proof of service delivery (emails, reports, screenshots, chat logs)

  • If you experience issues, contact us directly before opening a dispute; we aim to resolve all matters amicably

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a breach of this agreement.
